Gurgaon, Haryana vide Agreement for Assignment of Development Rights dated 12th July, 2013 from M/s.Real Town Properties Private Limited, (Original Developer) whereby VLPL and the Original Developer are entitled to the beneficial rights in the Project in the ratio of 65% : 35% (VLPL-65% and Original Developer-35%).
